Time trial race – Sat Oct 2nd

It has been nice to see so many boys training this term. Please enjoy a rest during the holidays and be back on Oct 15 for our first training session + breakfast.

In the meantime, we will be holding another time trial race session on Sat Oct 2nd from 3.30-5.30. This will be a great opportunity to get out of the house and do something during the hols. We will be using electronic timing and may be able to submit for State Qual times (if you meet certain criteria). Again it will be free pizza and parents are encouraged to join us for light refreshments.

Friends, siblings and neighbours can all come along to swim alongside TC’s greatest!

Spring Racing and Social Event

Great start to the season on Monday boys!

We had 12 swimmers attend training and a number have already settled on some lofty goals for 2022.

As I mentioned to the attendees, we will be conducting a series of fun team building race ‘meets’ across the next 10 weeks and into January as I felt that our race experience was a little low in 2021.

The first of these meets will be held on Saturday from 4.30-6.30pm. Kindly hosted by Western Sprint SC, they are non-compulsory and will give you great race practice and free pizza.

Future meets will be held Oct 2, Oct 14 (Thurs), Oct 30, Niv 13, Jan 8, Jan 22. We will be inviting other schools to join us for meets 2-7.

Hope to see you there.

Lost property

We have a few items that were left in the stands from the Interschool swimming carnival. Please come and collect these from A114 if they are yours.

Could you please also check your son’s swim t-shirt, bathers and shorts for the correct labelled name. We have a year 7 student which put his uniform in the wrong bag at Inters.

Any issues please contact me – gage.adam@trinity.wa.edu.au
