
Now that winter sport is finished, you might be looking for something to divert your extra energy into.
All swim team members and water polo players are welcome to attend swimming general conditioning sessions on Monday and Friday mornings from Wk 6 to Wk 10;
6.20 arrive & stretch
6.30 dive into the beautiful warm water, work hard & have fun.
7.30 finish.
Whilst this is a gentle introduction to 2017 swimming, we still expect you to be in on time, behave appropriately and work to your capacity.
