Fantastic effort by the boys who attended this morning.

16 on our first session. There were plenty of boys who haven’t seen the water since Inters, but we need to start somewhere. Siobhan provided a tough, circuit style workout for the team, accompanied by plenty of whingeing from Jarrod Ng.
